  For almost all of us but the lucky few, buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase we will ever make.  This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity and this is where I excel...  I am still young enough and physically fit enough that I venture throughout attics, onto most roofs, and through areas of the crawl spaces that most other inspectors can't, don't, or have a very hard time doing.  I am average in size and near an ideal weight.  My over two decades of experience in performing inspections and relating the aspects to the client are simply hard to match.  For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand the property that they are purchasing.  For sellers, we will provide a report that gives full disclosure, with little worry of a buyer coming back and questioning aspects regarding the property.  This is why most realtors that refer us say that we do a better job than any other inspector that they have been associated with.

Anytime that you are purchasing a property, we understand that it is a big investment.  Everyone involved needs to know the aspects of the property.  We take pride in providing this service.  The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations.  We work directly for the client.  Our job is to insure that the client is notified of every item that may be reported.  Our job does not end after the report is completed.  Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.
